Refund Policy

Items at Simplysid.shop are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings, and that unless the issue was on our end - wrong shirt color, print, etc. - a refund will not be given. Simply Sid is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the print, size (of clothing), or color you chose. All sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your order may be made within 24 hours of your purchase. After that NO cancellations may be made. Due to how we process, print, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders 24 hours after you purchase. PLEASE check your order over carefully and make sure you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is made to order.
